Bloomber is a B2B platform. Your clients belong to you. We do not sell customer data, we do not charge booking fees, and we do not surface your clients to other businesses.

When you create a business account, we collect:

  • Owner/administrator name and email address
  • Phone number (for account verification and notifications)
  • Business address and timezone
  • Payment and billing information (processed securely via Stripe)

End Customer Information

When customers book appointments through businesses using Bloomber, we may collect:

SMS/Text Messaging Information

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Bloomber or businesses using our platform, we collect:

With Business Partners

End customer data is shared with the business (barbershop) where the customer books appointments. The business controls their customer relationships and data.

With Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party service providers who help operate our platform, including payment processors, SMS messaging providers, email delivery services, authentication services, and cloud infrastructure providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and only use it to perform services on our behalf.

For Legal Compliance

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bloomber, our users, or the public.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Your Rights and Choices

SMS Opt-Out

Data Access and Deletion
